My Goals:
To drop my weight below 200 lbs. by exercise and moderate dietary changs.

My Program:
Going back to utilizing my treadmill and gym set.

Perform Yoga and strength training on Wii Fit.

Monitor dietary intake and reduce intake.

Personal Information:
Reside in Cedar Park, Texas with one of my Granddaughters.

And there is the wealth of family pets surrounding us.

Other Information:
This is going to be so hard since we love to cook. A true obstacle is going to be changing our cooking habits from do what we want to do what we need.

My job consists of sitting at a desk and using a computer 8 to 10 hours a day. Another challenge will be to squeeze in those precious hours for exercise.
