Making Time

Back in December of 2010 I got the surprise of my life when I found out I was pregnant with my son. I had previously gone through 6 years thinking I might not ever be able to have children due to fertility tests and treatments that yielded no results or answers. When I gave up and started trying to build a happy life for myself that did not include children, it happened. (I have heard similar stories over and over again from different people.) I had previously gone through 6 years thinking I might not ever be able to have children due to fertility tests and treatments that yielded no results or answers. When I gave up and started trying to build a happy life for myself that did not include children, it happened. (I have heard similar stories over and over again from different people.) Anyway, my life had to slow down for a bit, but as my son now approaches his 1st birthday I am ready to get back to the business of getting in shape and blazing a trail through my last year of school. I used to participate in roller derby, but it no longer seems feasible, especially as I will be student teaching in August.

My Goals:
*I want to be confident about my appearance again.
*I want to have energy to keep up with my son.
*I want to look good in my wedding dress.

My Program:
*I plan to stay within my calorie, carb, fat, and protein limits.
*I plan on walking, playing Dance Central, or doing some other physical activity for at least 20 minutes 4 days a week.
*I plan on getting 8+ 8oz glasses of water a day.
