well all i did was drink mad forties and eat fast food and smoke cigarettes so i wanna be healthy.
edit1: if you are bored and wanna offer some advice, please send it my way.I am interested in low carb, zero to low sodium, low fat diet and recipes with enough calories. ugh. help. if you wanna.
edit2: oh yah i might have an eating disorder. any information on that is appreciated as well.

Hi. Just read your "About Me" section. In addition to going with less than 100 carbs, I would really focus on lean meats and veggies. I tried giving up all gluten products and had a terrible time with it. So, I can guess how hard all of this must be on you. I would really recommend looking into the South Beach Diet books--not so much for the restrictive diet but for the recipes. There are all sorts of Stage I and II recipes that might give you some really good meal ideas!
