So far I've lost 51 lbs. I originally only wanted to lose 10 more, but I've reset the goal post. I want to lose 20 more. I can do it.

My Goals:
To eat cleaner, and to not obsess when I don't.

Run a half marathon.

Bike to work.

Run at least 15 miles a week.

Be healthy.

Live forever.

My Program:
Right now I'm mainly just running. I know I should be doing strength training, but I don't have the equipment/desire to go to the gym. I also don't know the first thing about it.

Personal Information:
I'm from Virginia, I love hiking, eating vegetarian, and hanging out with my wife. We love football. We also love the fall.

Hello there. Thought I'd stop by and see how you are doing with your goals, and see if you are still doing Insanity. We started around the same time and haven't seen your posts in the group, so I thought I'd check in and say "Hi".

Hope you are doing geat! Looks like (according to your tracker) that you are losing a great deal of weight. Good for you! I wish I lost weight that fast. Slow and steady(ish) for me.

Hey I saw your post on the insanity forum. I wrote something on there but I forgot a couple things. Google some before and after pics of people that finished insanity and check out the forums, like team beachbody. You'll see a lot of regular joes (disregarding the informercial ppl), some are pretty overweight that started insanity. I remember seeing a couple of blogs where the person had to literally adjust every workout because of their weight and pressure on their knees. They kept at it and their results were amazing. Also an alternative, would be to switch to something easier to build your way up, like beachbody p90(1st one). Anyway, if you decide to do it, consider a heart rate monitor to help track your calories burned and when your in the fat burning zone.

Anyway, I just wanted to throw that out there. I got pretty motivated when I googled other people's experiences and I wanted to share that with you. Good luck!
