Sorry this is so late in coming. I've been away do to depression. I'm trying to get back to exercising and better eating. I'm trying to make myself an exercise log to help me stay on track. Lots of ideas for making the log but I haven't put it together yet. I did exercise today and it feels good to get started again. I hope I can stay with it.
