I am doing really well with the soda challenge, however, there is an ice cream cake in the freezer that I want to eat SO bad! Ugh. I have been doing alright and decided I wouldn't weigh myself at all, except at the meetings on Sundays. I have done a good amount of exercise this week, I am going to do an ON DEMAND fitness class tomorrow and then I'll have my three days of thirty minute activity done. Although, I'll probably keep going on to four or five days of exercise.

I'm glad you're having success, that's great!
