    yeah, that can be a problem. When I get my exercise room set up it won't have a computer, so I'm planning to put in a small tv from the good will and a DVD or video player. then I can use DVDs or videos. I have Videos of Richard simmons.

    I might put the Wii up there too, since I like to use it a lot for the exercises.

    OR, if you have a burner, you could possibly burn the exercises you want from spark people onto a DVD but you'd probably have to hit play after each one so the next one would play. at the very least.

    I find the spark teams (based on personal interests) to be a big help for keeping me motivated. And they're full of advice on any issues.

    For exercise I like my wii but if you don't have one get a dvd or two and start with those. someone said Leslie Sansone has several at Walmart, called Walking weight off. Some are short and some are long. lots of people like those. One has five 10 minute workouts. also get some hand weights or resistance band, they're cheap and effective.

    There are lots of exercise videos on spark people showing you how to do different things and also some that are specific lengths so you can choose how long you want to work out.
