I have an awesome boyfriend now...(my last one was a nightmare)...and he and I go bike riding together. He bought me a new bike for my 33rd birthday ... it's pink...just like I always wanted. He is alot of fun! I have lost a total of 40.2 pounds since re-committing myself to this journey in August 2010. Currently - I am about 44.8 pounds overweight. I have a very sedentary lifestyle. I work in sales and I am on the phone at a desk all day! I'm also an emotional eater! I want to be able to play ball with my son. I want to be able to run and jog like those women I see at the park. I want to learn how to cook delicious and healthy meals...I just want to be healthy and fit! My Big mega-goal is to lose this weight - get healthy and tones - get my certification as a personal trainer...and also get certified as a licensed massage therapist! I want to help people be healthy and happy! I also want to give weekly free fitness classes and support to single moms (like me) that cannot afford a gym or a trainer.

I am going to be doing the following: 1. Strength training 2-3 times a week 2. Cardio 5 times a week for 30 minutes each 3. Eating more fruits and veggies 4. Drinking 8 glasses of water 5. Taking a multivitamin every day
