HI! I've been a dismal member since January and am ready to get serious! I'll keep checking your webpage to see how much progress you make. You can check out mine as well---so far, I haven't made any progress, but tomorrow's another day!

I'm pretty new at this myself, but wanted to let you know that it's o.k. to just jump right in and play. It's how I have been learning my way around. So far I have encountered only splendid, encouraging and helpful people. Stop by and say hello. I hope you try isometric exercise, it's perfect for older adults, those with mobility issues, if you have chronic pain, or tire easily.
