Over the Plateau

Well I've been on my weightloss journey for 2 years now. I've lost weight slowly and quickly at times but mostly slowly. I've been on a plateau for the past year and am ready to get over it.. I started really kicking it into overdrive with working out and dieting in the last 2 weeks and I've lost 4 lbs.. that's a start - Since starting spark and maintaining a 1400 calorie diet and working out religiously everyday I lost another 4lbs.

My Goals:
Long Term Goal - Go from 226 to 150. Almost there...

New Short Term Goal - This week I will take lots of vitamin C and get better! I gotta get back in the gym!

My Program:
I have been switching it up a lot. Want to keep my body guessing now that I'm on this stop and go plateau. This week hopefully being sick and taking it easy but concentrating on my calorie intake will be a good thing. Staying positive!

Personal Information:
I'm an ASU graduate. Work in a cubicle job that I don't love. Can't wait for 2:30 everyday to leave work for my workout or for the adventures I take on the weekends. I live in Mesa, Arizona

Other Information:
I love to read, and see new movies. But even more so I love to go kayaking and hiking and anything outdoors and gets my heart pumping. And I'm very happy that I have a supportive boyfriend helping me along this journey.

Ok soooo! Turbo Fire is amazing and intense. You know P90x Program right? well I lost 40 pounds with that! Turbo Fire is so intense! WOW It's amazing I am expecting to Lose the rest of my weight with the BURN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Yeah I am getting frustrated also because according to Sparkpeople I am supposed to be weighing 180-185 at this time, but I dont know, I got lazy I suppose. I don't know if you read my blog but it states everything that I should have been doing lol. hmmm, I am going to read about this 17 day diet. I am getting very anxious because my husband ordered Turbo Fire for me and I am so ready for it to be here. 5-7 business days seems like months! The program has a 5 day inferno plan to lose 10 pounds and I know beachbody works like that! When I started hip hop abs I lost 2.5 inches and 5 pounds in 6 days. lol. Have you seen the infomercials? Good to see you are doing well!
