Patience and perseverance have a magical effect...

Here we are again! I've had a great amount of success on SP, but getting of track and life happened. But I'm back to try again!

My highest weight ever was in high school, when I was at 262 pounds. When I began using SP I weighed 229 but I had a long way to go. After about a year of watching what I ate and exercising regularly I was down to around 155, the lowest I can remember weighing since elementary school. However, it was a slippery slope where "watching" what I ate turned into ...

However, it was a slippery slope where "watching" what I ate turned into obsessing and I began to get burned out from working out. I began slowly putting on weight and here I am, around 190. Not the most I've ever weighed, but higher than I would like to be.

So I'm ready to give it a go again,

My Program:
Eating (mostly) well! My food tracker is public and I usually log everything so feel free to take a look, and give suggestions if you have them!!

As far as fitness goes, I'm aiming to work out 3-4 times a week doing cardio for 30-45 minutes. Also some strength training!
