Losing 50 lbs before I turn 30!

I intend to get my prepregnancy body back and less ;) I weighed 160 with my first handsome boy but want to get healthier and drop down to 135.
Being at high risk of diabetes it is very important to me to achieve this because I want to be around to see my kids grow and see some grandkids.
Living in Manitoba, Canada it is winter 6 mths of the year so it may be a bit of a challenge but look forward to working out with my kids and having the support of this awesome network on Spark ...

I started at 198 and am now freaking serious! No more lolly gagging in the ice cream tub! Get up and move!

My Goals:
My goal is to reach 140 by my 30th Birthday...March 22, 2013. I have never been skinny since before Gr 5. would love to feel light again!

My Program:
My current changes:
Eating 2-3 cups of spinach each day.
Drinking green tea after each meal.
Strength training whenever possible during the day for at least 15 mins. And go for a walk with the double stroller whenever tehweather allows it.

Other Information:
I have lost weight before making small changes to my world. I can do it again. My biggest hurdle will not even be food related. But stress. I have a controlling person in my life who I need to get over. We all carry our issues just need to learn how to deal with them properly!
