This year
I am now 35 years old, I have 7 kids, 2 dogs and just recently moved to Cleveland...and right on the lake. I have finally joined a gym and am very excited.

My Goals:
I just want to feel better about myself. I want to be able to go shopping and not have to get the biggest size they have I don't want the smallest size either just somewhere in the middle.
My Program:
I am doing yoga on a regular basis and strength training and better diet
