My Goals:
I'm lookiing forward to returning to the weight I was after I got out of Army-Basic Training.

My Program:
I'm doing two a day cardio work outs 3x a week and strength training 4x a week.

Personal Information:
I've been living in Hinesville GA for 12 years but I grew up in Ft.Lauderdale, FL.

Other Information:
I was actually doing a search on the internet for a site to get me on track and I was ready to pay any amount of money. I came across this free web site and I'm a strong believer that nothing happens by accident so I'm excited.

Hey, I tried to checkout your recipe and you didnt put the directions. You only had ingredents and how many servings, and cook time. It didnt say how to add the stuff or bake or what...help a sista out I might want to try this. Thanks! (Salsa Cheddar Chicken)

Hey, thats good you have somewhat of a workout buddy, she should stick to it. Do you think shes burnt out already? Whatever you do dont let her stop you from doing what you gotta do, make sure you get your workouts on! Yeah Im glad that I get to workout now. ttyl
