Run baby run!

I'm a middle aged stay at home Mom of 3 (formerly a School Psychologist) who wants to look and feel great! I love to race and that's what motivates me. As an endurance athlete, maintaining a healthy weight means less injury and free speed!

My Goals:
To reach and maintain a weight below 150 lbs through a healthy diet and exercise.

Run fast and place in my age group.

Reduce sugar intake. I'm a sugar addict! That's gotta go.

My Program:
Keep track of what I eat, eat more protein, healthy carbs, less sugar, and less fat.

Exercise 5-6 times a week and continue to set and achieve challenging race goals. Incorporate weight training 2-3 x weekly.

I'm not much for victim mentality. Make it happen. We make choices every day and need to take responsibility for them.

Personal Information:
I'm active and a long time runner. However, as I age, (I'm 52) it's getting harder to rely solely on my running to maintain my weight.
