Getting Healthy and Lovin it!!
Hey everyone! So for those who know me this is known info for those stopping in for a peek here's some info on my journey!
I was a yoyo dieter, I gained and then lost gained then lost the same 50 lbs over and over. Finally in 2010 I found SparkPeople and can say that I am now at my goal weight and focusing on excersie and healthy living. I have lost over 60lbs and feel amazing! I have had so much support from SP and you will too!! Best of Luck!

As far as my SP name ME_REAL_THE...That is what I want to see when I look in the mirror. One day I am hoping to wake up look in the mirror and see THE REAL ME! (I'm happy to say...I finally do!!)
