My Goals:
***I would like to build more friendships with people of every culture.
***Just learn to love and improve on My body. It is my temple.
***Incorporate exercise in everyday.
To be fit, HEALTHY and sexy.
***Finally wear a 2 piece since highschool.
***Take care and pamper myself for once in my lifetime.


My Program:
1. Six days away week eat healthy and make great food choices. Food should be nurishment not comfort. One day to let loose. Don't over do it!!!
2. Work out 5 days a week for at least 45 mins.
3. After meeting certain goals, reward myself with non-food gifts.
****This is all about living. Living long and health.

Don't get discouraged, I loose a lot in inches never weight loss. 5lbs is a lot for me in 1month and workout a lot. Your body is getting use to the new adjustments. Just keep doing what you are doing. Drink pleny of water at least 8 glasses. Maybe increas your workout days or mins. One day at a time, for me one minute at a time. You are doing nothing wrong. emoticon YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY!
