Update 12/28/12

What a long strange road...

Back in 2007 when I started this journey, I was at an incredible low point. By May 2008 I had achieved my weight loss and fitness goals (much to my surprise) and left SP behind to start a new life. I was healthy, fit, an incredible size 4 and happier with myself and my life as I had not been in my past.

Maintenance of weight and exercise were my lifestyle up until the spring of 2011. I started a slow but steady decline in healthy habits ...

Back in 2007 when I started this journey, I was at an incredible low point. By May 2008 I had achieved my weight loss and fitness goals (much to my surprise) and left SP behind to start a new life. I was healthy, fit, an incredible size 4 and happier with myself and my life as I had not been in my past.

Maintenance of weight and exercise were my lifestyle up until the spring of 2011. I started a slow but steady decline in healthy habits until I hit a high/low yesterday of 150 pounds. I've been battling with my self for over a year and don't understand why. I need to be back here though. SP is the place where I found myself and my happiness. I know I learned much about myself just through the study and reading I needed to achieve a personal health level that I had never had before. It was SP so much as my determination to learn about healthy habits and lifestyles and SP gave me the community to record that journey. Yep, I had a nice community of friends back then that I easily walked away from when I had achieved my goals.

I don't know what this particular journey will look like, but I am eager to get it started.

My Goals:
Improve physical health through nutrition, exercise and emotional health

My Program:
I am increasing cardio to resume weight loss and maintaining weight lifting to continue shaping my body which has lost its best shape.

I'm eating around 1200 calories and trying to balance my carbs (only complex and primarily from fruits and veges) and proteins so that the numbers come close to equaling.
