Dancing My Butt Off

Im a dance instructor with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It makes for an interesting combination of activity and exhaustion. I have been in a low grade fatigue for several months, and recently was slapped by the CFS into bed for a few days. The weight is moving in and not going away, same with the CFS. Im in a place where it all needs to be taken care of. IM sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Thanks for the comment! The scale only reads total weight, percent water, and percent fat - I calculate the rest. I really like it though because one of the things I need to work on is being more hydrated.
