My friend recommended this site and at first I didn't pay it much attention. I came back to it and I was looking online for as much Zumba information as I could. I got a trip to Europe planned next April....I'm probably never gonna be a size 3 again and I'm ok with that, but I do want to get to a healthy weight and physically fit... I'm willing to work hard at that.

My Program:
I took my first two Water Aerobics classes on Tue and Thurs. Zumba is 3 times a week, but I'm going to do only 1 class a week, until I know for certain that my knee will be ok , Then I hope to go on to two classes and really burn some calories. I will also be doing strength training twice a week. I'm doing this for me! I'm single, I want to get healthy fit and toned!

Personal Information:
My name is Liz and I'm in the North Texas area. I just recently started taking my fitness goals seriously. I've been in denial about My Medical conditions, how much weight I've really gained. I just recently joined a Water Aerobics class, and a Zumba class. I'm loving them both. My goal is to lose at least 1-2 lbs a week till April 2010. I'm leaving to Europe and Hope to be in really good shape.
