I want to get Healthy & Active!

Hi,
My name is Mary and I am a young 58 years old. I have some health issues and need a double knee replacement, but first must lose weight so it is all easier to do and to recuperate. I am attractive, except for this weight, and look younger than I am. I am married and want to play a more active role in activities than I can now as a disabled woman! I also read all kinds of different stuff. Yesterday I finished up Eat To Live by Dr Joel Fuhrman and today I'm going to start The End of Diabetes by him. I love to read and jump around to all different kinds of stuff.

Hi Mary - when I did my meal prep I added 1/2 cooked quinoa in place of rice. Needed it to add carbs. I bought more ground turkey and frozen veggies today along with more containers so that I could make another batch tomorrow.

Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. I missed SP yesterday and haven't worked out in a few days. Been so busy running around and just didn't "feel like it". Tomorrow is back to the gym for me.
