Where has the time gone?

I've been a student for the last 8 years working towards a BS in nursing. This spring I 'm still a "senior 2" status and have just three classes to go! I still work full time, but have just 8 months until graduation. (December 2013!)

Since last April my weight has remained the same. I rejoined our community fitness center again this year. I hope to gain the discipline to stay engaged in my health.

From discouragement to encouragement! July 2011

Thanks to the encouragement from a few of my friends in this community, I'm back and working on staying on track for the long haul.

Goals:
1) To honestly track my food and stay in my calorie range.
2) To begin adding at least 30 minutes of exercise to my routine at least 3 days a week to start.
3) To connect with other members of the community to encourage someone else on their journey.

I like to do yoga a few times a week, but i have been having a really hard time fitting it in with the walking, rowing[which btw i love-you will have to check it out when youre done with school] and catching up in my yard. i guess its not a bad problem to have-getting plenty of exercise, but i miss yoga! i thought this would be a good way for me to reconnect with it. the funny thing is since i joined the team i havent gotten back there to do 1 pose. and im on vacation! thats lame! when do you think our lives will ever slow down?
oh good news. when i go back to work im 80% of full time-32 hours a week! had to juggle the budget a little and trim some fat but i think ill be so much happier. just talking about it makes me happy.
have a great day. emoticon emoticon
ps theres no emotion for paddlesports so so since i am on vaca....
