Active in 2012 and beyond
I have a few goals and tomorrow morning starts the journey. I want to lose 100lbs. I will do this with four to six 90-day personal challenges. My first one starts tomorrow, October 27, 2012. With the support of my husband, I will take the Visalus 90-day challenge and begin a walking regimin 5-days per week. I hope to lose 20+ lbs in the next 90 days. I have a few goals and tomorrow morning starts the journey. I want to lose 100lbs. I will do this with four to six 90-day personal challenges. My first one starts tomorrow, October 27, 2012. With the support of my husband, I will take the Visalus 90-day challenge and begin a walking regimin 5-days per week. I hope to lose 20+ lbs in the next 90 days. I found out this week that my cholesterol is through the roof, so I'm going to cut back on inflammatory foods (sugar in particular) and high cholesterol foods. I'm going to up my activity and in the next month or so, I'm going to switch to an e-cigarrette so I can get my smoking done and over with. I'm excited about these changes, both for me and my husband. I'll be posting here regularly over the next 90-days and will weigh in once every two weeks and measure once per month to track changes.
