Improving myself and my health

i joined the site after finally realizing that I'm sick of being overweight, to ultimately find happiness both personally and professionally and to achieve the things that i want to in life.

i'm 25 and have chosen to do this now because, I'm ready to make the lifestyle change and so far after being on the site just a few short months I lost about 60 lbs. by working out daily and tracking what i'm eating.

After being on the site for over a year now, I've decided that I am going to dedicate myself in helping others achieve their goals in weight loss while still working on mine. If you are looking for some guidance, motivation etc, please feel free to message me. I would also love to start networking with Nutritionists and Personal Trainers in the Metro Atlanta area as well as others throughout the country so feel free to add me to your friends / favorites list.
