Improving myself and my health

i joined the site after finally realizing that I'm sick of being overweight, to ultimately find happiness both personally and professionally and to achieve the things that i want to in life.

i'm 25 and have chosen to do this now because, I'm ready to make the lifestyle change and so far after being on the site just a few short months I lost about 60 lbs. by working out daily and tracking what i'm eating.

After being on the site for over a year now, I've decided that I am going to dedicate myself in helping others achieve their goals in weight loss while still working on mine.
