My Ultimate Goal is to loose 50 to 75 pounds, but rather than focus on that, I am focused on day by day adding more healthy habits.
I am starting slow. I am making sure I drink 8 glasses of water a day and I have quit drinking soda. Also, I am making healthier choices when it comes to meals and snacks. And lastly, I am trying to do at least 10 min of exercise a day.

I have been married for 11 years now. I have a degree in Environmental Studies but I am doing nothing with it :( Instead I am working for Marriott Rewards Tech Support.
Thanks Laura for your suggestion. I reread the article and found our experience with over exercising very similar. Funny I have also decided to back off of the obsessive exercise. Will keep it to a reasonable amount . That way I won't be putting so much stress on my body as I have done now. Also am getting a review of my nutrition by a professional. With these new tweaks i should be able to figure it out. Need to spend more time on SP motivational pages and keep in touch with my SP friends. Doing it on my own has not worked. Thanks once again for the reminder. I know I am not alone in my struggles.
G'day Laura , thank-you for posting me over the clover goodie and note of encouragement , the pool is a great place to workout , l do have a routine of exercises to work out in the pool from my Physiotherapist , aqua therapy is a good strengthener for my joints and body fat burner , for me getting down to the pool is always been a hassle , so l have to settle for a mild routine of my own which l will be introducing into my journey today along with the walking , l have a home gym roughly put together in the shed out back and its not as hard as the pool to get to , lm on my way and will reach my set goals, l hope all is going well for you on your journey and not to long before you reaching yours.
