1) Lose 30lbs and fit back into my clothes from before last pregnancy.
2) Get back into the 100's
3)Excersize for 45 min 5 days a week for 4 weeks straight.
4)Drink 8 cups of water a day
Diet and excersize the spark way. Lots of water and atleast one fruit or veggie with every meal. No eating after 9pm. Atleast 7 hours of sleep a night.
