To love one's self is to be truely happy.
I'm starting over. Just had my 3rd baby and now its time to kick my butt into shape. I've got 100 lbs to lose and I'm gonna do it!!

My Goals:
1) Lose 30lbs and fit back into my clothes from before last pregnancy.
2) Get back into the 100's
3)Excersize for 45 min 5 days a week for 4 weeks straight.
4)Drink 8 cups of water a day
My Program:
Diet and excersize the spark way. Lots of water and atleast one fruit or veggie with every meal. No eating after 9pm. Atleast 7 hours of sleep a night.

My name is Justine I am a mother to a beautiful 4 yr old little girl, a new baby girl and am fortunate enought to have one of the best guys in the world for a boyfriend, one day husband.
Other Information:
I love metal and rock music. I like to read, draw, walk, explore, talk and reflect.
