Hello and Good Morning (COLD Morning)! Just stopping by to see how your week went. I am off to my Latin Dance class this morning - braving the cold to warm up in class!
I got in 4 workouts this past week. Today's will be my 1st for this week (I "start) on Sundays.) I took my "bikini" picture yesterday (Scary) - will take one at the beginning of each new month to track my progress visually. Can't always rely on the scale, as I plan on adding muscle, which is more dense & weighs more than fat. Going mainly by how I look & feel, and fit into my clothes. However, I will be happy when that weight tracker moves downward, too.
Hey! The 30-Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels DVD (coach from The Biggest Loser). I've just started it, but although I've been doing cardio regularly & lifting at least 1 time per week, it still kicks your butt (a bit). Doable, though. I've heard a lot of people have really good results w/ it, so I'm giving it a go for 30 days, doing the Shred M/W/F and cardio (Turbo Jam) T/Th/Sa. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by Christmas - so it's time to get down & dirty with working out!
