To start feeling better, when it comes to my health. To bike ride at least ones a week for a couple hours. Get into a size 8 by December 2011. Woohoo!!!
I have been tracking my food everyday, as long as I'm not on vacation. I started using measuring cups, & spoons, this has helped me a lot! Strength Training 3 times a week. Walk every morning 1.9 miles in 35 minuets, as long as the weather is good.
