My Life as a Wife

So a couple years ago I worked really hard and lost 40 pounds. I felt great and looked great. Then I had a major set-back and gained everything back (doubled). So here I am and this is my story.

I have been over weight in some regard for most of my life since puberty. I had ups and downs, and for the most part, I was able to keep myself out of obesity, until some point in college. In 2008 I was weighed at a routine doctor's visit and the nurse told me, much to my surprise, that I was obese. Not only that, but my blood pressure was high. After that I worked for a year to lose weight and get healthy. I was successful. I married the love of my life in in 2010 and I have made a promise to myself and to him that I will lose the weight once more.

It's going to be much harder this time around but I am determined to do this and make the lifestyle change my body and spirit need.

Hey, I don't have anything against the Indians. Well...only when they are playing the Reds. ;) Yes, I know all about the horrors of retail. I work in the misses, juniors, and mens departments, so for me the worst part (besides nasty customers) is cleaning out fitting rooms all the time. haha I do think it makes it a little easier for me to eat healthy though, because I pack my lunches and snacks and therefore if I bring healthy food, I have to eat it. That and it's good exercise because I'm always moving around. Where do you work, and what is your job? I'm the misses supervisor at Kohl's. It'a a job for now. :)
