My Goals:
To lose weight, be healthier, happier and live to be 95, still kicking and dancing!!

My Program:
1. Monitor everything I eat, completing the Nutrition Tracker every day (I basically eat very healthy but I do go on "my binges" every now and then) As I said I eat healthy, but I eat too much) the Nutr Trac. really helps.
2. "Move" every day, even if it's 10 minutes, doing something, walking my lovely little Mitzie, dancing (love to do that).
3. Thank God every day for leading me into a more healthy lifestyle (physically and emotionally).

Personal Information:
I retired 2 1/2 yrs. ago from a YMCA, (exe. asst) after 23 yrs. I think that was my saving grace ..... kept me motivated and I learned a lot about fitness and health (just got to practice it) LOL.

Other Information:
I love life! I love nature ...... so many beautiful things to be thankful for. I am usually an upbeat person (even though I have a lot of "hurt in my life" but I know that God is with me every step of the way. Praise you Lord. And I absolutely love love love love my dog, Mitzie. I adopted her from an animal shelter shortly after I retired. She is a lot of comfort, and she keeps me moving. She loves to dance with me, especially Rod Stewart music.

Hi thanks for stopping by my blog, I like that DH devoated husband, he's sure been a lot of help waiting on me, doing dishes and whatever I needed, I think he's a keeper. Will see my doc tomorrow about the knee, so another day of not being able to do much of anything, oh well, I have time to read my book and it's a good one. Have a great Monday.

You are entirely welcome. It reminds me of the day I at there with 3000 butterflies flitting here and there in the sunlight. I am really proud of this picture I got... Of course I cropped and edited until I had it the way I wanted...

Have a great day and I am soooooo looking forward to spring as well.. Groundhog says early spring..... emoticon

Hi Again! Hope your week's Sparking along just wonderfully :) Wanted to answer your question about the Pensacola photo on my Sparkpage...sad to say, I don't live there...visited recently but don't live there. I am, however, in warm sunny Texas. Have lived here 10 yrs after living the precious 43 in southern Ohio so the warm here has been a big change from the four distinct seasons of Ohio all those years. I just returned from 2 wks back 'home' and loved playing in the snow...I made snowmen, snowcream and yes...I even plopped my big butt down in the snow and made a snowangel. Biggest snowangel in the world, I'm thinking!!! emoticon emoticon Have pictures to prove it...will post in a moment :)
Better hop outta here for now...breakfast is calling. Have a super-duper healthy-choice day! Kathy emoticon
