My Goals:
To get motivated to eat better and less snacking. To exercise daily for at least 30 min and to do weight training faithfully 3 days a week.

My Program:
I have been exercising daily for 30-60 minutes. Weight training I am still trying to do 3 days a week.

Be sure to ask questions if you have them ... someone will likely have the answer. Use the tools SparkPeople provides. They are invaluable. If you feel an emotional eating attack coming on, come to the boards first. Write about it instead of pushing the feelings away with food. We're here for you!
