Well, here I am again. I weighed in at 139.6 this week and last week. Under 140 makes me happy. I feel better and my clothes are fitting like they should again. It's amazing what just a couple pounds will do to me (that's the problem with being short!). I have taken up swimming as my cross-training exercise and I'm really enjoying it. Also, I have as a goal to run at least 15 miles a week. Maybe with the changes I can get this last 4.5 pounds off and keep it that way! 2484 days ago
I can't believe I've gone this long without using Spark People, well I'm back again because I've been struggling. I went on vacation mid August and ever since then the scale has been slowly creeping up on me. I'm at 141.6 as of last weekend and very frustrated considering all the running I've been doing but my diet has gotten considerably worse over the last 3-4 weeks and that's why. I need to get back to 1-2 cheat meals a week not 3-4. I also need to back down on the calorie intake, it seems way to easy to rev it up when I'm running over 20 miles a week. 2506 days ago
