Hello Fellow Sparkers!! I'm Molly a 34 yr. old stay at home mommy of two fabulous angel girls!
I came across Spark last summer and was so excited to start on this Weight Loss and Fitness Journey! I'm looking forward to learning some new tricks to add to my routine and some new excersizes too. I'm committed to this life long Goal for myself, so that I can be a great Role Model for my girls! They are my life and I'm their Fearless Leader! How am I going to raise Self Respecting, Self Reliant, Strong Girls if I can't be one too?! I'm on a mission to not be so consumed by how much I weight, if I should have or not ate something I know isn't the best for me! I really just want to feel good in my own skin and look great in what ever I want to wear! Ha!! On this journey I call Life I have found that Consistency is the Key to Success! It's amazing when you track your food intake and make a conscious decision to take control how fast and easy it is!! I know with dedication and determination anything is possible!! I look forward to achiving my goals and working to helping others achive theirs in the process! So Spark On My Friends To A Healthier and Happier Life~

~To work out 6 days a week, take my strength training up a notch!
~To Drink 8 glasses of water a day!
~To Eat 5 to 6 smaller portioned healthy meals a day, and stay in my calorie range.

~To fit back into my size 4's! Almost There, can fit in them but not comfortably!
~To have a flatter more fit mid section, by doing more ab work!!

In life we have set backs, it's what you do today to change your habits...jump back on the band wagon, to retrace your steps, and avoid falling off...landing on your butt! Feeling sorry for yourself is not an option, there always someone worse off then you! Only you have to power to make yourself feel Worthy & Wonderful! Stay Motivated & True To Yourself, YOU CAN DO THIS! Last but not least: NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS!!
Currently I run 3.5 miles two to Three times a week. I also strength train doing Plyometrics and Circuit training with Jillian Michaels. I love her videos, they rock...she always kicks my butt! I am really trying to work out 5 to 6 times a week, that's when I really see changes in motion!
I was born and raised in Colorado and I'm proud to call this beautiful state my home! I'm married to my best friend and am a mother of two beautiful girls of 7 and 5. I'm a Hairstylist by trade but have been fortunate enough to stay home the last five yrs. to raise our girls! I love to Hike, Run, Play Sports, Workout and go Camping!
My favorite TV shows are:
The Biggest Loser, Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy and Top Chef! I love to read when I have time..and I love listening to music everyday! It helps me stay motivated and moving!

Thanks, Molly! I'm doing okay, just overwhelmingly busy trying to keep on top of everything...I'm moving in 6 days, and I'm sure once that's done and I'm unpacked I'll be able to relax a bit more and enjoy myself.

I don't know that I'd say everything's going well for me, Molly, but it'll work itself out eventually...in the last four weeks, I've ended a nearly 6-year relationship, started a new job, found a new place to live, started packing....I'm feeling quite overwhelmed, but I'm sure once I get settled, I'll feel a lot better.
I'm sure you'll do amazing at your first half! When in August is it? I've heard from a few people that they gained weight when training for long-distance runs...I don't know why that is...?
