I'm not that much younger than you. I am 69 now.
I believe you can do it too. Just make changes gradually. You don't have to make all the changes at once. You can still exercise. There are lower intensity classes, even some sitting in a chair if that's where you need to start. I teach fitness classes to both young and seniors as well.

Thank you so much Merry Jo for your lovely note on my page! I hope you are having a good week. I am still deep in meetings in Ethiopia (but able to eat healthy food here, which is good!), and looking forward to a couple of days sightseeing early next week before I fly back to Paris.
