* Lost the pregnancy weight in 2008. (From 175 before delivery to 135.)
* New Year Boot Camp in January. (From 135 to 130.)
* Reached goal weight: 125 (22.9 BMI) in 2009.
* Baby 2 born April 2011.

Thanks for reading my blog today...I really think its a mental thing for me. I've been so focused for the last few weeks, and making the right decisions was somewhat easy because I had my eye on the prize (a healthy me!). But this last week was HARD. I felt like all I wanted to do was stuff my face. I still stopped myself (most of the time), but I'm afraid it made me a little bitter lol. I'm really hoping I can get back to that lovely time when it was EASY to say "no" to the hot fudge sundae....

Thanks for the encouragement, I truly needed it!
