Yes, I'm really enjoying running. I find I can really get into a zone where each step takes me away from stress and I feel both physicall and mentally stronger. I do hope my knee holds out, but I took your advice and have been taking it easy by running slower. That seems to have helped, so hopefully it's just an issue of getting stronger and used to running again.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. What a great idea -- making some very specific goals, but ones that are not weight or appearance related. I will have to sit down and think of some good, realistic fitness goals. I know one that really worked for me before was number of fitness minutes per month. That's a good one for me because I can start with walking to/from work and then move up to other types of exercise without feeling too pressured to finish a specific program. I've been off SP for awhile since I started working full-time which coincided with our house move. All in all, I'm doing well. I've probably gained about 2 pounds since the move, but it could have been worse!
