* Lost the pregnancy weight in 2008. (From 175 before delivery to 135.)
* New Year Boot Camp in January. (From 135 to 130.)
* Reached goal weight: 125 (22.9 BMI) in 2009.
* Baby 2 born April 2011.

Thank you for the Spark Goodie! My mom is home from the hospital now and doing well. A sense of normalcy is slowing returning. I even ran 5km last night and gave myself a mini-pedicure -- finally taking care of me a little bit. Thanks ever so much for keeping us in your thoughts.

Thanks so much for the goodie!! I just joined Curves last week, so I'm doing that 3 days and Zumba 2 days....and I feel great! I really hope this burst of motivation lasts cause I love it! Hope you are having a great, healthy day Spark Friend!
