Hey, Merneith. Thanks for visiting my blog and cheering me on. Yeah, focus on food just makes me struggle in my eating. Its depressing! As I said, I do so much better when I just focus on diet. And as Christ said in his book, that being the nitch for me effects every other area of my life for good. I eat better, I am more active in all of life, I feel better, I have greater joy. So yes. Give it a try. emoticon I'm rooting for you.
