My Goals:
I would love, love, love to get down to 150-160 pounds. I have always been overweight/obese/morbidly obese, even as a child. When I was 17 yrs old I went on a crash diet and got down to about 150. That was the smallest I had ever been. I would really like to get down to that weight again, but we'll see how it goes :)

My Program:
Well, I did have Gastric Bypass surgery which is a great tool to help me control my portion sizes, but I am still fully in control of what I put in my mouth and how much exercise I do on a daily basis. I am very conscious about what I am eating and I am sticking to a high protein, low carb, low sugar diet. I also exercise daily. So far so good :)

Just wanted to say how proud I am of you. 140 lbs!!!!!! I know it's been almost a year, but your transformtion is inspiring to many people. Could you imagine that you'd be running 5k's (8k, really...) this time last year? Making several trips up stairs to ride slides at the water park? Gotta run! Keep up the good work, honey!!! emoticon
