While I would love to suddenly be skinny, I know it's a journey that takes time, especially if you want to keep it off. I have three major obstacles: exercise, emotional eating and portion control. My Goals:
--Eat healthy foods and reasonable portions
--Exercise with regularity and continue to challenge myself
--Get to my goal of 135 lbs
--Stay on track and keep myself motivated!!!

My Program:
--Journal EVERYTHING I eat
--Stay within daily calorie range
--Exercise a minimum 3x/week
