My Goals:
To lose 10lbs May 21st
To lose an additional 5-7lbs by June 11th and to successfully keep it off!
To improve my eating habits
To get into better cardiovascular shape and build muscle

My Program:
To start:
Cardio 30min/5days a week
Strength training 30min/3days aweek
Increase amount/time as I build my strength
