Staying healthy, young and beautiful

My real name is Lana. I`m 38 years old my current weight is 215 and heights is 5`3. I have a beautiful young daughter who is 20 years. By February 2009 she will be 21. Past 10 years I had a lot of stress in my life I lost people that close to me and family member who got sick. I`m still dealing with all that, but I need to lose weight for me and my daughter. Are you going to 24 Hour Fitness too? I go evenings throughout the week with a friend, to the Buena Park club.

And you CAN quit smoking! I smoked for 20 years, and this coming February will be 10 yrs that I quit. My lungs will finally be pink again! Hang in there, you CAN do it!

Oh that's to bad about mornings. I'm a photographer with my own business. Most of my free time is in the morning. Most evenings are with clients and networking meetings. Although I do have an occasional evening free. I will have to go to 24 HF at the last minute. I guess I'll drop you a quick message here on SP when I know I can go... I hate to schedule evenings ahead of time because if I need to change it I'll feel like a flake. So I would rather let you know that day. Mornings on the other hand I can schedule a week in advance. What time do you leave for work in the morning? I used to go at 6:00 in the morning when I had someone to go with. Let me know we'll keep intouch.

Welcome to 24 Hour Fitness Team. i also have 100 pounds to lose. it is not easy, but it is possible with great determination. My choice of exercise is rowing and strength training. It is important to incorporate strength training into your weight control program. It will build muscle which will increase your metabolism and you will burn fat 24 hours a day. Just aerobic training will cause muscle loss and lower your metabolism. To quit smoking, you need to be on a program or it is almost impossible to do it by yourself. It is a true addiction and a very powerful one. It is not about will power, it is about chemical addiction. Good luck in achieving your goals. . emoticon

Hi Merlana, I live 4 minutes from 24 hour and have been looking for a serious person who wants to be workout partners. I prefer early morning.
