I just want to let you know that I've added you as a SP friend and that if you need anything, just message me. I want to be as supportive as I can of all of my teammates! I've found the best way to be successful on SP is to be as involved as you can be in the social aspect of SP. Last time I did a BLC (back when I was first on SP) I lost ~30+ pounds in 10 weeks! :D
The more you interact, the more connected you'll feel, and if you're anything like me, you won't want to let the team down so it will help keep you on track during the week!
