My Goals:
I want to make a habit of wearing sunscreen daily. I want to lose 48 pounds. I want to exercise at least 3 times a week. I want to get healthy by eating right and exercising.
My Program:
I'm tracking my food intake and keeping it at or below the level necessary to lose 1.5lbs a week. I'm trying to exercise 3 times a week.
Other Information:
I love to read (and adore my kindle) love to write, and love spending time with my family. I don't care much for movies (too much of a time commitment for too little reward.) I think a willingness to learn and adapt is the most important trait a person can have in order to succeed at anything they choose to do.
