Mine is going well. I don't think I ate too much yesterday. I had my breakfast after my 8K and then we only had one meal, so if I think that what I ate was lunch, snack, and dinner, I think I'm ok! 1316 days ago

Ehh, I like my chocolate. I realized that the dairy/soy free chocolate is too sweet for me (it's semi sweet). And it gives me really bad gas! It must be the cane sugar..aka HFCS. Tricky people. And it's the first ingredient! But the only others are non-dairy cocoa butter (all cocoa butter is non dairy...) and non alcoholic chocolate liqueur. So it isn't like it's BAD for you. It's just too sweet for me.
At least I can enjoy some 90%...yummm (sarcasm). Lindt makes 85% without soy, but my grocery store only sells the 90%. I don't know why. 1319 days ago
