I don't want to be a stick. I'm aiming for "healthy" here. If I can get into the healthy BMI range, I'll be thrilled. Plus I wouldn't mind looking cuter. :)
I'm tracking my calories daily. Although I occasionally miss a day, I'm probably averaging 13 of every 14 days. I'm also running/walking uphill 5 days a week. I've been pretty consistent about this for a few weeks now.
My biggest challenge is that my team at work LOVES to eat! There's constant food, parties, lunches, etc. It's a battle to stay "within bounds" with all the temptation 10 hours a day.
