    So sorry to hear about your mom. Hope things are improving on that front! I got tired just reading everything you have going on :) Congrats on your son landing a job.
    You have a good plan in place for the travel. Whatever you have on hand in the car is what gets eaten first so those options are great!
    Youve done very well with the exercise side of things..Yes it gets tough when we cant do what we are used to , but you are doing what you can, and thats the key!

    And it’s not veggies and fruit I snack on:) Made it to the gym two more times this week- getting more comfortable- no classes at my gym , it’s a bare bones place , but interacted a little “ hi, are you done with this?” It’s a start

    Hey! Hope your weekend and house closing activities went well ! Sorry im so long responding. Ive been busy busy busy-not entirely sure doing what -lol. Hubby is away this week so I guess just the extra bits to do that I take for granted when hes here. Ive been doing good at the activity part. Have even managed to get myself back to my gym- trying not to be intimidated by those that seem to know exactly what to do, are 30 years younger and much stronger :)
    Food challenge - if im really honest, i have some salty crunchy snacks sneaking back in to my evenings. Its not putting me over my counts , or not by much. But its the habit of snacking, reaching for salty crunchy that I seem to be sliding back too. Its crispy mini rice cakes which are better than my old chips and chocolate standard, but the behaviour is there..Gotta figure that one out!
    Hope your week is starting well. Cooling off here in Ontario- maybe some snow later this week. Not sure im ready for that! Talk to ya soon ...
