The Skinny Chick

Hey! I go by Mere on the interwebs. I might not be here for the same reasons as most people, but I have my own goals and I'm determined to meet them. For now, those goals are:

1000 minutes of exercise
Drink 100 total cups of water

I'm not going to set a strict deadline for myself, because I believe that deadlines just lead me to put things off longer. Instead, I'm going to make exercise fun for myself by doing things I enjoy, on my schedule.

My Goals:
1000 minutes of exercise

My Program:
I'm trying for at least 10 minutes of exercise per day - that could literally just be doing sit-ups in my dorm room.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Ohio; I'll be on the east coast this summer, and I'm in California during the school year.
