Two years ago I signed up for SparkPeople for the first time. I lost 34 pounds in a little under a year!

My old profile said I didn't play any sports and rarely did anything active. That's all changed. I now play AND coach soccer and am currently training for my THIRD half marathon!

Since September, though, I've gained about 12 pounds back so now I'm back with SparkPeople to help me lose it again! Let the sequel begin!

My Program:
1.) Half marathon training 4-5 days/week
2.) Arms and Abs workouts at the gym 3-4 days/week
3.) Plain old eating RIGHT!

Personal Information:
I live in Pittsburgh, but I'm originally from Hershey -- so every time I go home to visit my parents the amazing smell of chocolate draws me in. I think I need to start holding my nose when I hit I-83.

Other Information:
My boyfriend and I are doing this together -- and I'm really excited to grow (and shrink) with him as we go!

Hi! Thanks so much for the comment. I am trying! You're right..it's hard to not look at the scale..I just weighed myself this morning. Lol. I haven't lost anymore, but haven't gained either. You're doing great though! Congrats! :)

I also want to tell everyone that this website can help you achieve it!! I lost every single pound by tracking my food based on my plan that SP generated for me and following my exercise plan!!
